Hi Simon,
Thanks for posting on my blog! It’s always great to find out that there are more vegan mathematicians out there. I’ve had a pretty hard time finding food at conferences because it seems like I’m usually the only vegan. I see that you have a lot of references to algebraic number theory on your blog. Is that your research area? I’m a number theorist myself (although I’m leaning towards doing research in elementary analytic number theory).
